What is the main difference between the classic Frog Revolution and the Vapor version?
The difference lies in the side steam wand and the power of the motor. The Vapor version has 1200W of power (compared with 650W on the base model) precisely to provide the energy needed to produce steam for frothing milk and making excellent cappuccinos, while maintaining the same 15-bar pressure for coffee.
The lever is too stiff to close – how do I fix it?
The pod has probably not been inserted correctly. Centre it and lay it flat on the steel pod holder plate before lowering the lever.
Why does the machine flash every 2–3 seconds?
It indicates that the machine is in energy-saving stand-by mode. To reactivate it and heat it up, press and hold the brew button for about 3 seconds.

How does the water bottle system work and what maintenance does it need?
Simply place a 2-litre bottle of still water in the dedicated space at the back and insert the suction tube. Thanks to the 44 mm pod, which you remove after use, the machine always stays clean; we just recommend wiping the steam wand with a damp cloth after heating or frothing milk.
